Meet Our Apostle

Apostle Tare Godfrey is the President and Lead Pastor of The Beloved Assembly - Destiny Center. In 2001, at age 18  he had a divine encounter. The Lord Jesus appeared and gave him a message to the world. The Lord instructed him to "go into the world and preach the gospel". 

As the Lord was giving him the message, He was moving out of the room at the same time. Apostle Tare asked Him why He was leaving and the Lord responded by saying He's coming back again soon. 

Precisely 7 years later, on May 6, 2008, the Lord appeared to Apostle Tare  in a vision with this message "I have chosen you, you didn't choose Me. You are a servant of God, to be a challenge to Peter and Paul"

Arising from that vision and equipped by the Holy Spirit, he began to minister the gospel in churches, schools, buses and on every opportunity he gets. 

His ministry has witnessed tremendous manifestation of the power of God such as salvation, healings, miracles, prophecies and deep teachings of the Word of God bringing people into the glorious light of the gospel of Christ

The testimony of his deep desire for God is evident in the lives of many who have encountered him. 

His love for people is worth emulating as he reaches out to everyone with the gospel of Christ's unfailing love for mankind.
